Brookfield Residential has applied for 62 units at 1350 Courtice Road. Tribute Communities has proposed 140 units at 2350 Courtice Road, including 50 detached homes, 24 semi-detached homes, and 66 townhouses. Devon Downs Developments has applied for 60 units on Adelaide Avenue near Firwood Avenue.
